Patch release with no code change. Purpose: first publish through npm Trusted Publishing (OIDC) from
.github/workflows/publish.ymlon merge to main, verifying the npmjs.com trusted-publisher configuration for@cellarnode/beverage-utils(CEL-1733). Expected after merge: workflow run publishes 0.12.1 with automatic provenance;npm view @cellarnode/beverage-utils versionreturns 0.12.1.
